The Utah-based company JonPaul Bows has, over the years, made a name for itself as a workshop producing high-class carbon-fibre bows. More recently, it has started sourcing and distributing bows for the student market, with a range that includes the “Fusion”. This line of bows is a blend, as they describe it, of technology and nature, a carbon-fibre core wrapped in a wooden, pernambuco sheath. The dual construction provides the strength and articulation we expect from carbon-fibre, along with additional warmth of tone, all for a very affordable price.
