Since the mid 1990’s, we have been importing good, reliable student bows from Korea. Their strong beechwood sticks and neatly finished fittings have proved to be very reliable and long-lasting, so much so that they are our go-to bow for our entire hire fleet, as well as our first recommendation for entry level and early grade students on a budget. These bows offer such good value for money, we have had several teachers pick one out for themselves, to use for their everyday teaching work. More recently, we have added to this range with other inexpensive, well-finished bows from Asia, as the quality of production in other workshops improves.
