Florian Schaeffer, one of Brazil’s best bow makers, founded his bow making workshop in the city of Aracruz on the coast north of Roi de Janiero, producing professional and student bows for the international market.

This beautifully crafted cello bow is made with highly-selected pernambuco, with large exquisitely inlaid pearl eyes in the ebony frog, surrounded with silver rings.  The weight at 82.1grams and the balance complement each other well, and this Special Edition bow has excellent playing characteristics for the advanced player.
