At The Stringed Instrument Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
